Tai Chi

I
am Christoph Anders, 62 years old, and I have been practicing Tai Chi
for the most time of my life. I prefer the Yang style by William C.C.
Chen.
Within the three sessions I'll try to give an impression of what makes Tai Chi so important for me.
We
will start with exercises that relax and strengthen our body as well as
sharpen our concentration. Then you will learn the first part of the
so-called basic form. I am looking forward to meeting you in my
lessons.
P.S. It's only 9 months since I started dancing Tango - however, I already love it much..

Imke Wangerin is a double-certified Yoga trainer (YA 500+). She teaches at the renown Spirit Yoga Studio, Berlin, Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Her classes focus on breathing.

I've been dancing Tango for 5 years and I love this feeling.
When
I stayed in Buenos Aires I realized what great effect Yoga has on the
Tango feeling. So I often took part in Yoga-for-tangueros lessons.
I
will merge exercises of Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Vidya with the Bs As
inspiration followed by a deep relaxation. All exercises are also
suitable for non-Yoga people who are interested in practicing
this form of body relaxation.

I offer the following massages:
Californian
Oil Massage - it's like a little holiday from everyday life, a time to
connect with your body. Using different stroke techniques with changing
pressure, it will eliminate stress, tensions in nerves, muscles and
fasciae.
Deep Tissue Massage and Rebalancing - gets to the
bottom of things. I work on deep muscles and fasciae. Chronic muscle
tensions can be solved by a deep working on the blocked parts. This
massage can help to dissolve old patterns and re-balance the body.
These
techniques can be combined with Cranio-Sacral work and joint
mobilisation. You and my observant mindfulness will together find out
what is good for you.
I completed a perennial training to
become a masseur and body therapist at the Bodyworkakademie Berlin.
Since 2008 I work in my own massage studio in Berlin. Additionally, I
attended advanced trainings in Visionary Cranio-Sacral Therapy and
Dance Therapy.
