Touching – a Language without Words
Touch is the first form of communication we know—yet the one we least often consciously explore.
Together, we immerse ourselves in a variety of qualities of touch: ranging from clear, structured contact and fluid, attentive presence to playful lightness. We explore how pressure, pace, intention, and the area of contact alter what is conveyed—both to the other person and within ourselves. Brief massage elements provide structure to the exercises.
For anyone curious about the stories hands can tell. |

Yoga & Feldenkrais
Stretching, lengthening, waking up, rising. The journey from the floor to an upright position and back again. Maintaining balance while moving from lying down to standing. Gentle practice incorporating elements of Contact Improvisation.
Ending with a bit of massage—relaxed work on body awareness. |

The Art of Giving and Receiving through Touch
Giving and receiving become increasingly rich and pleasurable the more clearly and naturally we can express our desires and boundaries—and the more freely we can truly receive and give from the heart. Working in pairs and through touch, we explore this vast field of possibilities in a simple, relaxed, yet multifaceted way. Here, pleasure and consent can meet and enrich one another. I draw inspiration from Betty Martin’s "Wheel of Consent." |

Bodywork & Floor Move

Listen to and Dance to the Double Bass
1) Melodic Tangos (Di Sarli, Troilo, Pugliese, etc.)
Immerse yourselves in the rhythmic foundation of tango! We focus our ears on the double bass—the unassuming heart of the music that carries the dance. Through mindful listening, rhythmic exercises, and translating the sound into movement, you will learn to integrate the bass into your dance as a powerful source of orientation and creative inspiration.

Soothing Tired Legs
When dancing the tango, we spend a lot of time on our feet, constantly moving. In this holistic bodywork session, we use techniques from Thai Yoga Massage to passively move and gently stretch our tired legs while lying down, helping to restore freedom of movement in the joints and softness and suppleness in the muscles. |

Meditation & Deep Relaxation
Body and breathing exercises frame a deep-relaxation journey undertaken while lying down.
Our life energy begins to flow, the path to our inner core opens up, and we connect with heaven, earth, and ourselves. Like Egosoma, my methods are part of the "Self-Source of Power" teachings (*Selbstkraftquellelehre*) developed by Romy Tajon. |

Yin Yoga for Tangueros
The entire body is enveloped in a fascial structure that holds us together. Embedded within this tissue are numerous receptors that play a vital role in body awareness.
The "tango body" welcomes mindful, gentle stretching.
In Yin Yoga, individual poses are held for extended periods to stretch specific target areas. This fosters a supple physical sensation and enhances our overall well-being. |

Breema Bodywork
This form of bodywork originates from a centuries-old tradition practiced by the people of Breemava, a remote Kurdish mountain region. There, these gentle movement sequences have been practiced and passed down for many generations.
The treatments involve two people working together, alternating roles through simple sequences of holding, rocking, brushing, leaning, tapping, and stretching. The touch and movements are nourishing, revitalizing, and balancing. |

Morning Yoga
We start the day gently and mindfully with light exercises. Drawing inspiration from the Sun Salutation, we slowly mobilize the entire body. A few breathing exercises and a brief concluding meditation round off the session. |

Thai Yoga Massage
Working with your partner, you guide each other’s bodies into relaxing movement and a state of renewal. Through mindful touch, fluid stretches, and the application of pressure using your body weight, you bring your partner’s body into a state of deep relaxation.
You will need warm, comfortable clothing, and—in addition to your mat—perhaps a blanket and a pillow. |
